How to complain to us

If you feel you have a complaint to make, we ask that first you consider for a moment that we are an information and ‘signposting’ website. Above all, we are not a service provider or retailer. If you do have a complaint to make regarding a service or product you received from a third-party, even if you discovered that company through, you will need to contact them directly.

If you do believe you've received particularly poor service from a provider (or, indeed, the opposite!), then we would be interested to hear about it as we do cover consumer issues all the time in our news section.
